1. Quality Matters Certificates:
I have pursued QM certificates to keep myself up to date with new teaching and course design techniques. I have renewed my QM master reviewer certification by attending online workshop and after three weeks of activities, I took and passed their exam. Renewing QM certifications impacted my PDP by keeping myself up to date with the QM standards. Also, this helped me to maintain my qualification to serve on course reviews as a team member or chair of a review.

2. Passing the Six Sigma Exams
I have finished the three levels of lean six sigma: Yellow, Green, and the highest level is black belt. This is impacted my PDP by the ability work with highest national standards such as the lean six sigma certifications, which are the best standards in my field. After finishing this series of exams, I helped prepare my students to these exams. Students achieved 96% passing rates in the lean Six sigma exam and they are happy with their achievement.
